How we handle your information
This notice explains what personal data Idyll collects through this website, why, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum the site needs.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Togo Design S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania; full registration details are available on request. You can reach us at hello@idyll.blue.
What we collect
- Your enquiry. When you start a conversation, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your group and plans.
- Audience measurement. We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that is cookieless and does not track or identify individual visitors. It reports only aggregate, anonymous figures such as page views.
- Technical data. Our server, located in Germany, processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site. When you submit the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request is genuine and not automated, which involves processing your IP address for that purpose.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call — to take steps at your request before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse of the enquiry form — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — our legitimate interest, using privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and show no cookie-consent banner because none is required. The spam protection on our enquiry form may set a strictly necessary cookie solely to verify your submission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to assist you and, where relevant, for the duration of our relationship, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is handled only by the providers that operate our tools, each under data-processing terms: email is delivered through Brevo and received in Proton Mail, bot-protection on the enquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site runs on our own servers in Germany. Our analytics are self-hosted, so no third party receives analytics data. Some providers operate outside the EEA; where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@idyll.blue.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro.
